Kristen Thorin is an associate consultant and professional project manager with experience leading projects in different sectors of government and the healthcare industry. She is skilled in providing strategic guidance and synthesizing both information and data to drive decision making. Kristen is results-driven and motived by making impactful change.
Prior to joining Trexin, Kristen served as a project manager across multiple national quality improvement projects with hospitals. She led efforts that spanned over 665 centers across 47 states. She has worked closely with State Hospital Associations, State Health Departments, and Physician Leaders across the country to improve patient safety, drive policy change, and deliver tools and education. Kristen holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Management and Policy from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Michigan-Flint, where she graduated with high honors and was awarded the Maize and Blue Distinguished Scholar Award.
