Morgan Whittier is a strategic and driven leader who has a proven track record of securing trust and responsibility with her clients, pioneering initiatives, ensuring compliance of State and Federal policies, and driving process improvements to be more effective and efficient. Morgan has a very diverse background, having experience across multiple industries such as finance, healthcare, government programs, technology, and public policy. Her focus areas include but are not limited to compliance, project management, quality assurance, communications, delivery, requirement tracking, and system implementation. Morgan loves a challenge and strives to maintain a high level of integrity and transparency while delivering results in a timely fashion. She understands that the work she produces is a reflection of her abilities therefore she is extremely detail oriented and takes pride in all of her work.
Prior to working at Trexin, Morgan spent time working in different government roles at State and Federal levels and lobbying on the East Coast. She then switched over to the private sector joining a Big 4 consulting firm working on technology implementation projects in their public sector practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rhode Island College with a focus in political science, rhetoric and writing, and gender studies. She also has a Graduate Certificate of Public Policy and a Masters of Public Administration from the John McCormick Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
